Looks nice, but if the Mini is going away then the 13 is my time to buy. Otherwise, I’m not in a hurry to update my X. The size is my only complaint, and it seems like they just keep getting bigger.

I don’t have battery life issues, but for those who do maybe the rumored improvements in the 13 mini will eliminate the downside and bump demand enough we’ll see the small form factor return in the future. I figure the 13 mini will keep me going until iPhone 18…

ugh lightning port still.. come on Apple either piss or get off the pot.... go portless or switch to usb-c already. Freaking iphones are still the only thing in my house that don't use usb-c

Oh god, please no holes in the screen. The notch is bad enough.

Also, the round volume buttons make no sense, phones are big now, and tiny buttons are hard to press. (Or maybe we'll get lucky and Apple will release a quality "mini"?)

I stopped reading at "Jon Prosser."
imagine being OWNED by neck beard on YouTube? Oh wait you & 90 others don't have to. If the mere mention of a persons name has folks changing their behaviour.. that's pretty clear domination.

I’ve seen the 2030 iPhone, and it will be glorious. Wafer thin and self aware, it will dispense the need for a human operator altogether. Amazing…

Spotty track record aside, Prosser is one of the most annoying YouTubers I’ve encountered. His style is nothing short of obnoxious.
The fact that he annoys this many people is why I love him. The rest of the talking heads of tech YouTube are all so nice and smart and respectful towards Apple and oh so(!) boring.

Also, Prosser's track record is nowhere near as bad as everyone here is claiming. Y'all just think he's annoying so you won't give him credit for the stuff he has leaked.

I'm looking at this design for what Prosser claimed it is -One of the most likely iterations of what the 14 will be. But it's not 100% sure and will most likely be altered.

And hey, you gotta admit, if Apple wants get us all nostalgic about the iPhone 4 then the iPhone 14 does seem to be a good occasion to do that:

I don't recall any other iPhone design getting as much praise for it's looks as the 4/4s besides maybe the 5/5s. And this supposed 14 does sort of borrow a bit from both 4 and 5 and mix it with some of the stuff that the edge-to-edge iPhones have introduced.

It's both as safe as you'd expect from Apple but a little more exciting than usual as it reminds us all of the 4.

The one thing that makes this believable for me though isn't Prosser or any of the beautiful renders but the fact that it will still only feature Lightning port and no USB-C. Apple is genuinely holding onto Lightning for iPhones until they can go 100% portless. We all know its true! :D

Thank God for all the foolish, annoying people out there -This was an amazing leak!

Can we stop with the Prosser leaks, he just throws every rumor at the wall and hopes something sticks. Kuo is the only reliable leaker.

And yet has a similar track record

That’s like saying anybody throws every rumour to see what sticks.

I wonder how it’s possible Apple doesn’t know which person leaked this to Prosser. I guess that work from home thing is a legit problem for Apple.

And we’re going to ignore the elephant in the room, I see. I’m referring to that wallpaper.
You REALLY think that the engineers are testing next years' iPhone at home?

Sorry, but after so many years of people claiming that the bump and notch are good things, if they are not present on the iPhone 14 then I won't be buying one. I'm NOT taking a step backward.
I don't know why people aren't reading between the lines -the iPhone 14 will have Face ID under-screen but a cutout for the front-facing camera.

Under-screen cameras take not-so-good photos. But they can probably be used for Face ID.

The obvious prediction would be that the under-screen Face ID cameras and sensors will combine their data with a photo or video-feed from the front-facing camera in the cutout.

Next up: Ming Kuo reveals that his “sources” tell him that the iPhone 14 won’t have a camera bump or notch.

Aren't we at the point in time where Apple is still dabbling with prototypes for a future iPhone 14 and where there's been no decisions yet?
Yes? But Prosser essentially admits that in the video, qualifying that, while this the finished design Apple is shooting for, anything could change in the next year.
