Imho, nobody should ever earn 90+ Million. What for? To waste it on overpriced office space?

That's a very interesting collaboration. I think it has a ton of potential and could go far with Altman and Ive. Especially with Ive's and Jobs' money behind it.
 
it's kind of ironic that the latest AW10 is thinner and larger than what Ives designed ;)
 
and is adding a button the ultimate real world skeumorphic interface for a phone pretending to be a camera?
 
Much love to Jony Ive for his work over the years, but he was obviously booted out over the MacBook keyboard debacle from 2015-2019. Now he designs clown noses. Look it up.

And no, I have zero interest in a dedicated AI "device".

Added a handle, machined a thing for hours, pioneered a new way to adhere a material, made it unapologetically thin. The only trick he hasn't done in years is made something translucent.
 
Just when I thought Jony Ive couldn't possibly be more of a muppet, he said "hold my beer" and wore those glasses. Tell me Jony, will this AI hardware also be unapologetically plastic. What a ****ing bozo!

I feel like this is the NEXT/Jobs in the making where Apple buys Love and IVE takes over. Apple isn’t spearheading the revolution anymore. Simply refining. Time to return to the fold and lead!

Since all the work is being done in the cloud, I guess Jony Ive can finally make the ultra-thin, ultra-light, ultra-minimalist device he's always wanted. If the device is just meant to interact with OpenAI services, maybe it'll look like a larger, thinner Apple Watch? 🤔

(or maybe some kind of AR glasses like what Snap has?)
