I see an AI Cat that walk around with me, that I can direct for certain things.
It must however have a very realistic mjaaou 😸

The article is saying it's not a wearable though.my guess is it's a pin that can be worn on your shirt
Is it just me, or does that photo of the two of them talking look AI generated? It has to be, right?
That money is theoretical at this point, it's shares in OAI, basically, and not just for him.I think he’s been desperately trying to 1) conceive the “next iPhone” and 2) become a billionaire in the process. It looks like he just achieved the second part.
Court filing could be for another type, there may be a wearable version. That said, how is this a better idea than a more useful phone or watch? Doesn't make a lot of sense to me.Not a wearable? What could it be?
Is it a gentleman's circumferential tension ring?
I don’t think I have the muscle control to make it workIt had nothing to do with LoveFrom. It was created to hire people and be bought. Nothing from LoveFrom, other than Ive, is involved.
Maybe it's a suppository?

Wearable RE powered kickstarter concept. Its odd, we all heard of 'LoveFrom' but I never once knew of the existence of 'io' until they announced the purchase.
Was this company manifested as an offshoot of LoveFrom for the specific reason of being bought by OpenAI?
Also for some reason I have this strong conviction that the product will be a little soft aluminium pebble-shaped thing with a 360° fisheye camera in it so you can place it on a desk and it can always 'see' the room.
Then using its camera it can see the screen of the computer your using. You'll pair it as a Bluetooth 'keyboard and mouse' then you can just let it use the computer for you. Since it would have a camera to see the screen itself it wouldn't need deep access or an installed app.
You just talk to it and it just interprets and inputs whatever you tell it. You can pick it up and take it with you. Then it functions independently over 5G.
Yes this would easily turn into a Black Mirror episode of the pebble waking up in the middle of the night and browsing your PC when you don't realise.

Looks like something a certain President are wairing - this might lift and rip off the hair he have left though, and some nice bird will have fun with it.Wearable RE powered kickstarter concept.View attachment 2522965
"I don't remember owning a pencil...[looks in drawer, finds pencils] Sorry Luke, looks like I do own some pencils."What if it's a Pencil?
Just pop your coffee cup over it at night and hey presto- it’s blind and can’t do anything. Its odd, we all heard of 'LoveFrom' but I never once knew of the existence of 'io' until they announced the purchase.

Theoretical in the sense that if Ive doesn't sell his shares and competition devalues OpenAI, a company built on stolen data, then the shares lose paper value. Ive's Apple money wasn't being discussed.OpenAI’s value is not ‘theoretical’ (though shares are fairly illiquid). Jony reportedly owned 11% of IO. 11% x $6.5 billion = $715 million. Add his earnings from Apple, and it’s not surprising that Forbes estimates Ive is now a billionaire.
Finally, OpenAI shares may be illiquid, but the company arranges secondary offerings from time to time so employees can sell shares.
You're describing the smartphone though.I think I figured it out. I am sure Jony watched Star Trek. I bet it is a Tricorder if it was created today.
Ive worked well with Jobs, but he was not booted from Apple. He left and took many of his team with him, over time. Apple just made iPad Pro 5mm thin, will produce an iPhone Air, and about to make MBP thin again, rather than what they should, keep it thick, make it more powerful and give MBA more ports.Ive was only useful when working in tandem with Steve. Otherwise his ideas were out of sync with reality. It took him getting the boot from Apple for Apple products to get better and past this thinness obsession.
It is premature to say that since we don't know what this is.Nobody wants this. The last two companies that tried this failed.
OK - based on rumours and what has come before it, do YOU want a device that might not have a display and relies on AI and a constant internet connection which might mean a service plan? I certainly don't and I'm not alone in that regard. Sales the Rabbit R1 and Humane pin fell through the floor showing that not many people want such a device even with a screen (or a display of sorts). If it could run LLMs locally which could reduce latency then perhaps...but this might limit the appeal. It is premature to say that since we don't know what this is.
