Are we all tired yet? Half way through the year.

My July Challenge is insane. Don't think I'll attempt this one especially in this hot summer!!!

Here is my July goal. I typically take one day a week off from running, and on those days I get a low exercise minute and calorie total. We'll see, but I suspect I won't get this one. Which is OK because my main goal is to get a good amount of jogging miles (got slightly more than 200 miles the last 2 months) and get 12 - 14 mile runs on the weekends.

Very easy! Only 450, although my current trend is 795 per day (I just never got round to increasing the daily goal) which is why it’s an easy one I think.
I see. I average about the same (800) with an hour of cycling and ~15k steps. So even double of 450 is slightly tough but doable for 10 times a month I guess 🏃‍♂️
 
Well, the watch did have a little reset because I took June off. Not sure how I feel about doing another distance challenge but my challenge this month is walk or run 178.2 MI. I start the month averaging 5.7 mi a day, rather than before when it was close to 7 or 8.

Go for a walk instead. Doesn’t have to be a run. I have the same challenge.
