Brilliant numbers - my highest Calories was 62,444 (March 18) and I know how hard you have to work for those numbers. Well done and keep up the great work👍

I think it’ll work out pretty good as I do rock climbing 3x a week, and those days are an easy double. So I’ll get it done without going too far over and making it hard next time 😁I see. I average about the same (800) with an hour of cycling and ~15k steps. So even double of 450 is slightly tough but doable for 10 times a month I guess 🏃♂️
I’ve either doubled or tripled my move ring everyday this week. Just trying to stay in front of my friend.I too am on track so far. I have to get all three rings every day and have done so through yesterday.
Sadly I can't do that for mine, or I would. That is the "bad" thing about the challenge requiring something that must happen on a daily basis.I’ve either doubled or tripled my move ring everyday this week. Just trying to stay in front of my friend.
I’m the same at work. I always get my monthly management reports in first. Even if I’m on holiday.Sadly I can't do that for mine, or I would. That is the "bad" thing about the challenge requiring something that must happen on a daily basis.
But it is supposed to be challenging, so that is cool.
But yeah, back when I was in college I always tried to be about a week ahead of what was in the syllabus, so that if I had problems understanding I had more time to ask a question or get it figured out.
Oh, heck yes. Because I do not want to get on the "naughty list" for not doing something that I can easily get out of the way. I get my required training done ASAP, and I typically have my weekly time sheets submitted weeks in advance (and then edit as needed).I’m the same at work. At this point, isn't every month out West the hottest month? Sad but true.I am on track for mine too, I close all 3 rings anyway every day so it’s not really a challenge for me. But, I’m taking it slightly easier this month, so far averaging just over 1000 cal which is about 100 less.
In part to be prepared for Aug when I expect a challenge in calories or minutes, and August is by far the hottest month and I anticipate quite a few days above 100 with little cool down at night, so really not friendly for extensive exercise.
No, not where we are, a bit north east of San Diego… May grey, June gloom they says as during thos months we get regular fog and that cools off nicely over night. til about mid July we occasionally still get overnight fog… we are also at the end of a canyon that brings cool air from the Pacific, but in July the water temp goes into the low 70s so the cooling effect is gone…At this point, isn't every month out West the hottest month? Good to know. It is easy, being in the Midwest, to think the entire West Coast is going up in flames sometimes...No, not where we are, a bit north east of San Diego… May grey, June gloom they says as during thos months we get regular fog and that cools off nicely over night. til about mid July we occasionally still get overnight fog… we are also at the end of a canyon that brings cool air from the Pacific, but in July the water temp goes into the low 70s so the cooling effect is gone…
I know the NW is a little different though
Well, flames is a different story, usually more here than the NW since we don’t get a lot of rain, but this year looks like everything is just off…Good to know. It is easy, being in the Midwest, to think the entire West Coast is going up in flames sometimes...
Easy for you. I have a goal of 23,000 or 759/day. I think I am going to pass this month. This is a lot for a 72 year old woman with heart failure and other issues.
Yeah, sometimes you need to let a challenge go and hope the next month's goal is more realistic.I think I am going to pass this month. This is a lot for a 72 year old woman with heart failure and other issues.
Hey...you and your health and well being first! ANY competition a late second! You've already bested me by miles in the only REAL competition that matters! Keep on keeping on....Easy for you.
