Hey everyone! I just got this challenge to do yoga 5 times this month. It definitely seems doable, especially compared to running long distances in the summer heat, and particularly with my tighter work schedule lately!

Everyone doing well? Welcome to July. What activity challenge awaits? It’s summer—who’s ready to beat the heat 🔥? And to my friends in the states, happy America 🇺🇸 250 this Fourth of July!

Hey everyone! I just got this challenge to close my move ring every single day this month. It definitely seems doable, especially compared to running long distances in the summer heat, and particularly with my tighter work schedule lately!

haven't seen a "every day" challenge posted in like 3 years, they used to be very common ...
you are running the 27 beta, right? maybe things are changing again ...

The beta? I only use iOS 27 beta on my iPhone. The Apple Watch still runs watchOS 26.6 beta 2, it ain’t compatible with 27.

Oh yea, that's right, you can't run 27 on your watch, though, not sure whether those challenges get "generated" on the watch or the phone. Even though they pop up on the watch doesn't mean they couldn't come from the activity app on the phone. Just don't know, maybe I'm just hoping for a change from the typical l14 times ..." 😎

This is my first ever cycling challenge. I got the indoor bike to warm-up for PT sessions and rarely ride longer than 5-6 minutes. This will be very easy and shouldn't even take 9 days.

an "indoor cycling" challenge, interesting. is your bike a "smart" one, eg does it connect to the phone/watch and records the workout?
indoor cycling has been my main workout for years, my bike is "dumb" so I record the distance in the Health app but never ever got "challenged" to do an indoor cycling workout.
just curious

Well, the watch could get the notification from the phone. I guess a test would be to have 1 of the 2 devices turned off during the night of the month changeover, or BT/wifi turned off.
And then again, it's not really an important question, just thought that maybe 27 brings different kind of challenges... we should find out for sure for the Oct challenge, if, if we upgrade to 27 in Sep 😀

"5 minutes or more" a month is a joke, might be doing 0 at all

It has no smart features, but that's okay because I bought it off of Craigslist for $50. 😂
No person who considers themselves a cyclist would look at it twice, but it's just fine for a quick warmup of the knee. They have much nicer bikes where I go for PT, but they're not smart bikes either.
