I don’t know about you all, but June’s Activity Challenge was REALLY rough for me. Now it’s (almost) July, so what do we all have for this month’s challenge?!

I hope you both get really hard challenges.

Mine is very doable. Close my exercise ring 29 times. I like it.

This will get me off to a good start for my Fiscal Year of Health. Just like some companies use a non-calendar year period for reporting financial results, I deceived to start some new health goals July 1. That’s today. So here we go!!

June for me was really hard. I was walking over 7 miles a day to get it done.
July I have to burn around 800 calories a day. I'm not going for it like I did for June but I should manage it.

Had 1610 exercise minutes for June‘s goal. Managed 1455 after losing a couple of days to illness. Grrr...

July is 5 workouts of 15 minutes or more. Should blast that by next week.

I have double my move goal 3 times this month. First time I've had that kind of activity, as it is usually a calorie, distance, or last month was exercise minutes.
