How’s everyone doing this month so far? We’re half way done, and I’m averaging about 14.5 miles per day, just over the 14.1 I need to meet my goal.

After 355 km in June Apple was merciful for July: 4x200%. Thanks, Apple!
On 4th of July I bruised a toe so I have to overrule Apple and make my own challenge: Close the blue ring 31 times.
Hunting the 365 days blue streak. Will be there on August the 24th.
You have to be satisfied with low goals I think.

I’m at 202.8 miles out of 254.4 miles. I need to average 5.1 miles everyday to complete my challenge. This has been a tough month with this one but thanks to my job I’m almost there!

I’ve gotta close my exercise ring 29 times. I’m 16 for 16 so far.

So after boasting about a perfect first half of the month, I missed 2 of the next 5 days. But I haven’t lost it yet. Gotta be perfect on my exercise ring through Friday. I can do this. I will do this.

I have to double my move goal 27 times. I’m at 25 now so should be doable. But why Apple only 1 day off a week from working out!

I wasn’t even given 1 per week, but no big deal. If there’s one thing I learned this month, it’s the niceness of things like yoga and general stretching. While there is a yoga setting in the app, you can also use the OTHER setting for something like general stretching. While I generally don’t do that if I’ve done other exercise during the day, I do use it when I do some bedtime stretches if I’ve not already exercised in some other format during the day.
