Thanks for your post. I would also be interested to know what the clean up desktop script does. there are so many apps out there that I have no knowledge of. It would almost be benificial for everyone to post what apps they are using (not all, just hte unique ones that they use often). I hope thats not to much to ask. Maybe we need to start a new thread for it.

cheers,
Arisian
That script is so old. I used to use it before Leopard. I used to download all my files to the Desktop. When it would get full I would click the script and it would move all the files into a folder named "Off the Desktop" into a subfolder named as the current date. Now I just use the Downloads folder and keep it in my Dock. So I don't even need that darn thing anymore.

So in essence, it doesn't even get used now.

Last change for July..............

Can't remember the source, It may have been Flickr somewhere ?

If you are on Leopard, right click on the file and select 'Get Info'. In there, it will tell you where you downloaded it from.

Any tips on how to find it would be great.

Thanks.

how can you change the docks color or design?? thanks :D

Download CandyBar. It helps you change all your system icons and dock layout.

Use IconFactory to download icon sets and different dock designs called "iContainers"

. The demo version of CandyBar only lets you have a certain number of these loaded into the program, but a way around that is to install one, try it out, then if you don't like it remove it from the program and start over.

Hope this helps.
