I have an easy goal this month of 2 workouts of more than 15 minutes. I ran for 33 minutes yesterday and tracked the run with MapMyRun which automatically reports to health and the activity app. My challenge shows 0 workouts so far. Does running not count? Do I have to use the Apple Watch workout app?

Answering my own question. I closed the goal by using the Workout app to record two of my runs. So it looks like third party apps do not count toward a "complete xxx workouts this month" goals.

I have to close all three rings 11 times this month. This should be easy.

I finished my June goal. I’m currently in an Apple Watch competition with a family member so I guess next months challenge will be more difficult.

I'm not likely to hit mine either. Through yesterday, I'm only at 24,047 (1,266 per day) active calories out of 43,000 (1,430 per day). I'll need to average 1,723 per day for the rest of the month.

I was sick the weekend before last, and I spent all of Saturday (228 calories) and most of Sunday (334) in bed. That cost me any chance at the challenge this month, although I'd be slightly behind even with the runs I had planned for those days.

182k of 261km covered. I need to cover another 80km in 10 days. Do-able, but it's getting towards my limits now.

11,400 out of 20,900 calories. I'm as active as I've ever been - weight training and pilates every week, yet unlikely to hit it.

PS. Don't forget today's Yoga challenge.

It’s actually hard than it looks. But I suppose that the point.

That looks hard to me. A few months ago, my challenge was to double my move goal 2 times in a month. And I failed because I only did it once.

I've had my daily move goal set at 1,000 calories all year, and it takes a 14-mile run to double up on a normal day. Yesterday, I ran 10 miles after work and only ended up at 1,594 (1,135 for the run, 459 for daily activities). I ran 12 last Tuesday and finished at 1,876.

So I've only doubled up on two Sundays so far this month when I ran 18 and 20. (I was sick the second Sunday.)

I've set my goal to 550, which is quite low. But that's my average daily this year. Doubling that is quite difficult, but I'm nearly there. I'm really impressed with myself.

I need 2,390 minutes of exercise this month and I'm currently at 2,096. Or to put it in more perspective, I started the month needing 79 minutes of exercise every day. At this point, I only need 49 minutes of exercise per day to hit my goal. Shouldn't be an issue.

Mine was to earn 2080 exercise minutes this month, which I’ve easily achieved looking at data from rings...but in the award it’s saying 0 minutes achieved so far ☹️

It’ll say that when your watch is off your wrist.

4,660 exercise minutes, averaging 155 per day, and finished early!

Wow. Congrats. That is an impressive amount of time. What is your exercise of choice?

I'm definitely not going to make my June goal. I was at 33,423 active calories through yesterday (1,337 per day), with 9,577 to go in 5 days (1,915/day). I ran 59 miles last week and only averaged 1,389 per day.

I go on morning and evening walks with my dogs, plus a long run or other workout most days. I got a boost this month with a vacation to Banff National Park and did a lot of hiking.
