I’m lucky if I can hit 10k a day, nevermind 10 miles! My 260km included 3 half marathon distances! I’m dreading next months as I’m kinda at my limit lol.
I hear you. I didn't hit the goals Apple set for me in December, February, or last month. It seems every time I meet one, Apple goes too far with the following month's goal.

My June activity challenge is double activity calories. That's 1200 per day for 3 days.

I am recovering from surgery and only been allowed to walk and not lift over 15 pounds until August 1st. Not going to happen. :(

I am sorry if this has been already discussed, but i had a different June Challenge - to close all the Activity rings 17 times in June.

LE: Forget it, I just learned that everyone has a different Challenge each month, cool.

It's inevitable the way that their algorithm works. They just keep upping the stakes. I hit the goals in January, February, April, and May, but I missed March, and I'm going to miss June because I was sick one weekend. They roughly took last month's calorie total and added 10%. And I'm in a build-up for a marathon on September 8. With some recovery time after the marathon, there's a good chance I'll miss September's goal too.

I already ran this morning. I may row this afternoon, and I have a long run tomorrow. Best case scenario I pick up another 2500-3000 calories this weekend, putting me at 41,300-41,800.

That's why I try to hit my goals, but not blow past them. No point in crushing it since the watch will want crushing it, and then some, the next month. I'll hit my goal this month, but hopefully not until tomorrow. I still need 10 more minutes to close my ring today leaving me with 18 minutes of exercise to get tomorrow.

I still have 15 miles left. I would walk but my legs are sore from walking at work.
I made it to my personal goal (350 miles) -- and my feet are killing. Don't be hard on yourself at all. 316 miles is awesome. And if it makes you feel any better, Apple's July goal for me is 95,900 calories. It's doable as I did 96,250 calories in January. But that was January when it wasn't hot as hell every day.

I didn’t complete my June Challenge, but July I have to complete 1,660 exercise minutes which breaks down to 53.5 minutes a day. That seems doable for me.
