And if you ordered what I am now calling the loser leather loop combination, there has and will not be a change in date for shipment. I ordered a 42mm with black leather loop on the 11th after people here told me the 38mm one I ordered wouldn't fit. It does, but I wanted to see how the 42mm looked. I don't live conviently near a store, or I would go look there.
 
Well my June shipment now ships in 4-6 weeks. 5/29-6/7. It hasn't shipped yet but man, that's still long. I guess it will really arrive in June.. I had hope it'd be sooner. :(

And then a few hours later I got an email saying I'm getting it sooner than expected, but it also says 3-5 weeks. Not sure why I got two emails...? And now reading some of these posts, I'm considering whether or not I should order one of the other sport models to see if I can get mine sooner too... Like maybe the blue or green? Any advice? I'd rather have the space gray but I'd also rather have my watch sooner rather than later.

I initally ordered the SG black and got bumped from the June timeframe to 4-6 weeks (May 29-June 11). Last week I ordreed the 42mm AL with blue band to see if it will come quicker and got the EOD from Apple saying 2-3 weeks (May 14-20). In your case, probably not. But if you really don't want to wait potentially two weeks longer than go ahead and order a different model and color band.
 
Has anyone been charged but the order hasn't changed to preparing to ship. I ordered a space gray sport 42mm on Saturday with June delivery and about two hours later I was fully charged but nothing has changed on my order.

I ordered on saturday, but was only charged the applecare - delivery June.

That may have been a temporary charge to verify the funds were available on the card. If it falls in the next couple of days then join the club waiting club with us. I ordered the same setup on 4/18 and I'm still sitting @ June.

That was my first thought as well but Apple usually charges $1 as the authorization and wont charge the full amount till its ready to ship the product. Will see I guess but the fact that its Tuesday now and still hasn't moved leads me to believe its not coming for a while.
 
Preparing for Shipment

My watch (42mm White Sport, USA) was bumped yesterday from June to the May 14 - May 20 window with "Processing Items." I just checked today and it says "Preparing for Shipment." I know that normally things go to that a day or two before they actually ship. Is the watch different, or will it ship in a day or two?

No, my mother's watch (38mm) went from June to May 21-Jun 4 to preparing to shipping in the same day - yesterday.
I hope I'm in your batch, I have the same watch coming. :D
 
Just got a text message from Apple.
Ordered 4/14
Sport 38mm white
Sport 42mm grey/black

The 38mm went from June, to May 21-June 4 to Shipped, delivering tomorrow :eek::apple:

the 42mm is still at 'June'

When did you order? I have the same watch combination on order, and I was recently bumped to that same window. But I'm still at processing..

After hearing all the delays on Black Sports Band I also ordered a 42mm Sport Blue Band yesterday to see if that moves any quicker.

Crossing my fingers for early May but not hopeful...

Good luck with the Blue band. People who ordered SG sport on the 10th have shipping windows of May 29-June 11th. Nice try....

It's the 38mm that are shipping more quickly. No luck if you want the larger size.

Okay I probably still have a little bit longer to wait then. I had initially ordered mid-morning on the 10th, but after visiting the store changed my 38mm to a 42mm on the 15th. But since you're in the same time window and preparing for delivery, that's hope that I may not have to wait that long as well! :)

I second that. In the past, when my items go to preparing they ship either that day or the next day. Hopefully this will be the same. I'll let you guys know when I hear.
 
Update!

It just updated and shipped!!! I can't wait for it to come in!

Just got this text: "Apple Store: Good news! Items in order WXXXXXXXXX have shipped and will deliver by Apr 29, 2015. For more info:..."

Apparently they're going by overnight shipping now? I don't mind it's just always been ground for me.

yeah I waited before I ordered anything because I needed to try it on and I couldn't get to an Apple store until this past weekend. Couldn't buy it blind. The 38mm was too small for me when I demoed it at the Apple Store.
 
Ordered SG 42 watch, been 3 weeks and still no change.
Spoke to Apple specialist and everything looks okay on my order.

Awesome. I ordered on the 23rd and got the same time frame updates. I don't expect it tomorrow but it's clear I'll get it sooner than later.
