I ordered my 42mm Sport SG on 04/24. Just changed yesterday from June shipment to June 22-29. At least I have a date range now.

No affront to you, but this crap really annoys me. I ordered mine a full two weeks earlier, and we have the same shipping estimate.

The order curve was obviously stacked towards the beginning. I would assume all of the number of orders from 4/11 - 4/24 was less than the orders on 4/10.

Yeah I would imagine that's true but I can't wait to get real data from Apple. If we ever do that is.

I ordered the 42mm black sport on April 11 and got the June 22-29 window. I hope Apple continues to ship to the people who ordered first

i've been waiting since April 11, been showing June, now finally got the 22nd and 29th a few days ago. Definitely a generic change not a actual time. Hopefully will come early then the date. This launch to me is sad because it is not personal, but it seems so cyber like. Another words I can go into a store and look at it and not buy it. If I do go into the store and look at it which we were able to on the DAY of the launch, and order it then you can get it in June or July. Apple did not prepare for this at all of a product They have talked about since September it's like they put a carrot in front of horse so you can never get it. Unless your Beyoncé or some developer not just an average Joe

that's the thing, though. The "matter of minutes" is a HUGE issue when we're looking at limited stock and high demand. Why do you think we are seeing posts like "my friend ordered his watch three minutes after me but he got his watch and I'm stuck waiting until the end of June!" Well, the bank/credit union/financial institution your card came from didn't work as fast as your friend's did. That "matter of minutes" is a big deall in cases like this.

Bear in mind the network is designed to support maximum activity, which is probably some time in the middle of the working day. At 8am in the UK or 3am in the U.S. the network will be quiet. The chance of a network issue even with a spike from Apple is very, very small indeed.

I suppose an individual provider might have been having a service outage of their own, but certainly in the UK that would be very unusual - most banks are 24/7 even if they aren't 24/7/365, which is to say they might have a service outage occasionally in the middle of a night.

Don't forget, too, that there's also different routes at which the orders are coming in on, from computers, over the phone, apps, iPhone web browsers. Various internet and data speeds can be a factor in itself, even before it gets to the financial part of the line. But networks have had issues in the past with online order spikes. Happens every Cyber Monday and Black Friday here in the states. So to say it's unusual is a bit hard to swallow as its a problem I've experienced multiple times in my time working in the retail industry.

Ordered a 38SS BSB on May 4. Shipped May 6, received it May 7

May 14 I decided it was too small (I have a 192mm wrist) AND it DID just look small after all and after actually trying a 42mm on at Apple Booragoon in Perth.

So May 14 I ordered a 42mm SS BSB. Processing.

May 17 I get email - 5-7 WEEKS before delivery.

May 18, I returned my 38mm SS to the Apple store in Booragoon. First return they have had.

NOW I wait:confused:

Sure, but those bits aren't the bank, which was your hypothesis. Anyway, it's a moot point.

I ordered a 42 Space Gray with Black Band and a 42 Aluminum with Blue Band on 4/23 & 4/30. This morning at 1:53am EST my card was charged for one watch and the ETA changed from 6/22-6/29 to 6/19-6/26 does that mean I will get it way before the dates? I'm just curious ?

**UPDATE** it has gone into a prepared to ship status the one I ordered on 4/30

SS Milanese Loop ordered on 4/10 at 5:10 P.M PST, with a May 29-June 11th window has changed from Processing to Preparing for Shipment somewhere between 12am-2am PST today. Seems like the long wait may be finally over, will keep updated if it ships / tracking number is sent. Hoping that there's a lot more movement out there today for the rest of you! Cheers

Thanks for posting. This is a good update for everyone waiting, me included.

Ordered Sport White last week in Tokyo. First, it was quoted to deliver in July. A few days ago, it changed to a June-July delivery date (June 22 - July 06)

I've seen a few posts of people who ordered April 20th or later getting PFS notifications..
I ordered the 19th & still haven't budged.
