Here you go, direct link to the "Iris" desktop (1600x1024)ChrisBrightwell said:Thanks.
I'm having a hell of a time getting anywhere on that site (tons of SQL errors), so I' suppose I'll get it when I have a bit more patience.

If you get it, invest in the USB cable and a TransFlash chip.

I'd like that as my background, but I'm running 1600x1200, and I hate asking people to resize pictures for me all the time.
Thanks
dotdotdot said:Go into like Photoshop and make the file BIGGER because its 1600x1024 and you need x1200, SO adjust the height (the x1024) to be 0000x1200. The 1600 will increase automatically.
Then, Crop the image at a 1600x1200.
Save and your done!

Assuming you are using XP
set the image as your desktop
right click on the desktop and choose properties
Choose the desktop tab
Choose the position drop down
Choose stretch..
Since the aspect ratio is a little off it stretches the image height wise but it still looks OK. My ratio is normally set at 1024 X 768 and I use this feature to shrink the images down.. Really rather useful.
BTW if you are windows guru and know all of this stuff I mean no offense.

(I hope it doesn't go in the "Worst Desktop Wallpaper" thread because it's "tiled")
