Why would you have that as a wallpaper for
i go past it every day and still think it looks like a pair of giant silver testicals

I'm not home so I can't say I'm 100% sure, but I think it is Synergy. It's a controller for iTunes. Although I use Bowtie for album art and controls, Synergy pops up artwork and song info whenever I change the song. The display lasts a couple of seconds and is just an added effect on top of having the display in Bowtie, because sometimes I don;t use a Bowtie theme with song info in it.
