Just a tip for when there is a storm!

i have no need for a surge protector really but i do have one. whenever it rains i just unplug my laptop. the battery on my 2010 mac pro with snow leopard easily gets 8+ hours without breaking a sweat. usually by the time that it dies ive had enough anyway.

What about your modem and router to keep your internet up and running?
