Just bought the 2.4ghz mbp.. amazing~!

That's very encouraging to read! When you're walking around with it, have you got books in your bag and other things as well? My biggest worry if I were to go the MBP route is that I'll end up leaving it at home more often than not because it will just become too tedious to carry with other things.

I had the MBP an A4 hardback note book and 2 medium sized hard backs from the library, got a little heavy after an hour or so (because I walked around town!) but not more so than the white MB did when I had it, honestly I dont think the difference is bad at all, if thats your only worry then take the plunge .
I have read all the negative threads on the new MBP and I like mine no less its a great machine and I haven't had a single issue. Its definatly worth bearing in mind that although some people have had issues, many haven't.
