My battery health is at 92%.
There’s nothing wrong with your battery
However, this store B2X Ansal Plaza at New Delhi in India. According to them:

If an iPhone is under warranty then you can’t opt for the INR 2000 Paid battery replacement. The iPhone first has to be out of warranty for that.
That’s their policy. Apple will not do anything about that. This store has to get paid somehow but they chosen not to do such business within a warranty period.
Your AppleCare is also considered a prepayment to the Apple Store for such a replacement when needed especially if your battery becomes defective.
Apple would never punish somebody who bought AppleCare and is willing to spend his own money on repair. That’s effectively telling me to not buy AppleCare the next time. Obviously Apple never does such silly stuff.
Apple is not punishing you. You already gave them money if/when your battery needs to be replaced. B2X Ansal Plaza is not punishing you either. They just won’t get in the way of a active warranty. If your battery is defective and fails within the warranty, go to Apple.
When I talked to Apple Global Support about the same, they said any service provider can maintain their own set of policies and that Apple can’t help that.
That is correct
Can I expect a response Tim?
Probably not.
Unfortunately, I was refused AppleCare for Apple Pencil, AirPods and Smart Battery Case.
You weren’t refused AppleCare for these items. These accessories don’t have AppleCare options.
Just to tell you, that I’ve been committed to Apple. But not to get ridiculed by your customer service Tim.
Again, Apple Support didn’t ridicule you. Your beef is with that ‘other’ store.

How were you refused AppleCare for AirPods and the case? They do not offer AppleCare for those products.

Agreed... but, man, if I got thousands of emails about an issue, I just might want to look into the problem.

Which is why I mentioned he has a league of advisors that likely read and respond to his emails appropriately. It would literally be impossible for him to go through every email on his own Email figuratively speaking from those Emailing him everyday from a multitude of companies, suppliers, media, customers, employee’s, ect.

And everyone must understand that Tim Cook does not read every email that is addressed to him... still, trending issues communicated via email can be an effective way of communicating the problem.

Email would be the only logical way Of actually contacting him in today’s digital era. What other method would there be (Rhetorical) ? No one has his personal phone number and writing a letter is not the most effective method anymore.

Lol. But why would they allow said replacements out of warranty but no within warranty? Give me one good reason!

Within the warranty period they’ll replace the battery free if it reaches below 80% health. 92% is totally acceptable and replacing it would be a waste of your money and their time and resources.

OP your email was be immediately deleted. 92% requires no replacing. Starting this thread will only lead to you being ridiculed and rightfully so.

I Doubt it was deleted, but I also believe Apple will not take any action on this either. You would be surprised the responses Apple will reply to when you send an Email to their corporate address. Nonetheless, I do believe the majority of what others are saying is accurate and it’s a non-issue.

You think you need your battery replaced at 92% health?

That's like changing your oil after only driving your car 500 miles.

They're going to deny replacement because the battery doesn't need to be replaced, not because it's in/out of warranty.

This was genuinely hard to read, you are emailing Tim Cook about a store that sells Apple products (not an Apple store) that refuses you service

This has nothing to do with Apple, use your brain

This is just a typical battery OCD. 92% really? I understand your reasoning even within warranty Apple guaranteed 80% battery capacity. Even, if you paid for replacement, it is such a waste of battery and money. So, do you do this for all your devices? Cellphones, laptops, car battery etc. Imagine, the amount of iPhones sold, the mayhem if people decide to replace their battery at 90% capacity that Apple would have to push for more battery production that consume more resources to make these and somehow recycle them again at 90% capacity. I’m probably blowing up out of proportion but I do know people who wants 100%. You gotta understand regardless if you paid for AppleCare and paid for replacement battery, in less than a year your battery capacity would still drop regardless due to chemical aging. I think of it that the Apple Store did you a favor. So much commotion and reasoning don’t warrant a replacement if the device is operating within peak performance.
