Just had my AMEX charged! US order at 12:15AM 6S+ 64GB!

EDIT: Other phone that was ordered at the same time has been charged, not the 6S+. Correct phone that was charged is TMO (for VZW) 6s RG 16GB.

EDIT 2: Second phone finally charged. TMO (for VZW) 6s+ SG 64GB, no movement on Apple yet.

It's not technically charged. When you order a hold is put on that drops off after a few days. You'll be charged when it actually ships

Mine was hit with a pre-auth for 1.00 the night I ordered, that fell off yesterday, and the full amount hit about 10 minutes ago. Odd for them to auth the entire amount right away, as they generally don't do that until before, or right when it's getting ready to ship.

That is so weird that it has already been charged and your shipping date is not launch day. This two weeks thing that apple is doing is very weird lol

Got charged for my 6S order (Sept. 14) on apple.com but not my 6S+ ordered on Sept. 12. Both are showing Sept 25 delivery. Let's hope both show up on time! (Mine is the 6S+)
