So based on your logic, that would make you obsessive as well?

I'm not trying to stir up any animosity here - it's just frustrating that I see so many forum members trying to help this person out, but he keeps changing his mind and tends to disregard what people say if it doesn't align with his way of thinking. It's like someone who asks you for advice, but in the end your opinion doesn't really matter (especially in this case where it involves a lot of nice people who are taking time out of their day to help him on the forums). There have been numerous instances where people would provide advice to him on something and he would agree at the time, but later change his mind again. I could care less about the productivity of the Apple employees though since they're being paid for what they do.

But then again, I have spoken to him personally via PM and he's a really nice and helpful guy, but it's still frustrating nonetheless.

I don't have a dog in this hunt, but as long as he's following store policies and staying within the set guidelines of return set by Apple, what business is it of yours? I've seen plenty of apple personnel just standing around in stores chatting amongst themselves. I sure hope he didn't interfere with shining example of productivity? I'd venture to guess that if you hang out in a forum like this one, you are probably fairly obsessive. Good lord man, how much time have you wasted on the internet? :)

Not much if anytime, I mean everytime I went to the apple store its on the way to home from work. As well as it took nothing but 15-20 minutes at most to get it exchanged in and out. And not to mention stopping by the food court to get chik-fila. :)

Hmmm... Menlo Park? :D

I'm about as OCD as they get! No harm no foul. Just lots of bagging on folks in this forum from time to time. Especially, god forbid, if someone asks a question that was asked a few weeks/days/hours earlier.
