Funny enough. I also got my iPhone on Sunday. I was shocked. About 2 days after the launch of the iPhone, I was wandering the store just on an idea for yet another checkup for iPad accessories. They had some person there taking names for iPhone reservations. So I said, what the hey. I have to wait 2 months for my online iPad Camera Kit reservation to arrive, so I figured maybe I'd get an iPhone perhaps by September.
I tried to reserve an iPhone for the launch, but I was one of the unlucky ones where I could never get through the online pre-order steps.
But luck came back for me oddly. I was entirely shocked that my phone arrived this weekend. That was like the entirely opposite speed from the Camera Connection Kit so my mind was a bit blown. Thus I have something that can take 720p movies by the time I go to the Bahamas. Anyway, it's pretty nice. The retina screen is pretty awesome, but the camera is also very nice. The resolution of the movies is impressive and my family is surprised on the brightness of the flash. Love being able to take pictures with it at high speed. It's probably also the fastest consecutive pictures, I've taken, with a flash enabled. Perhaps some derivatives of LED lights will be the future of it, for all cameras.
Love how folders allows me to have all my apps (over 70) and only 2 pages of icons, so far.
