Timeline:
Nov18th: Bought a White Glass Back Panel on ebay for $23 +free shipping. Diffuser and Assembly are included or so the seller claimed
Nov19th: Item Shipped
Nov25th: Ebay send me an email saying the item I bought was a counterfeit and the listing is removed. Gave me a link to get my money back
Nov26th: The item left the country of origin - Hong Kong
Nov29th: The item arrived at the custom of country of destination - Canada
Well I'm assuming they are saying it's a counterfeit Apple doesn't like people selling the white backs.

So i'm totally okay with the product, afterall, the seller didn't claim it was OEM nor will I believe the seller even if he claimed it as OEM. I forked out my money KNOWING that this is some 3rd party stuff that i choose to use in order to alter my iphone 4
My Questions is: Would you guys think that custom will somehow be notified and seize the item because it's a "counterfeit"?
Itz been sitting in the Canadian custom for 5 business days now. I did a little googling and people are saying that the time they stay in customs varies. Some say within 3 days, some say months, some say it just cruises by custom within minutes.
I did not file a claim back as ebay suggested because I knew it was a "counterfeit" and I contacted the seller to confirmed that the item has already been shipped. But if it's quite likely to be seized at custom then maybe i should file the claim.
