Browser is the issue. don't use internet explorer. try chrome, it really works.

Those having trouble getting through, all I can tell you is keep trying. I was up at 5am and it took me 40 minutes to order two phones. It was very frustrating but kept at it. Eventually you will get through. Click quickly through the screens since you know what you want.

Oy, I cannot even imagine the site traffic as the day goes on....
