So I have a leopard OS 10.5.8 instead of snow leopard. I cant seem to find my iPad on Xcode 🙁

How to enable multitasking gestures ios 4.3 beta2
Do I need to install latest xcode to enable it....or add my device on provisioning profiles "use for development" please advice.
