Just me or does the iPhone 6 screen look bad?

So zoom could be enabled, but only just a bit to make text "fuzzy"? Sounds like a sketchy explanation.

I'll be reviewing tonight when I get my iPad screen fixes/replaced. My eyes are fine.

I think the screen looks great, but I do agree with the OP that the keyboard looks a little fuzzy.

I believe it is just you. Unless your particular screen is somehow deficient. My experience has not been the same as yours.

For me the iphone 6 screen is a lot way better than the one from the iphone 5S

It is so near the glass that everything looks like in 3D compared to older iphone screens.

I have an ipad mini first model without retina and I clearly see the difference for a retina display.

Also the colors look amazing on the iphone 6 screen. Games like candy crush with a lot of colors look very nice.

From what I have seen, the screen on the 6 is about the same as the 5. It certainly isn't a big leap.

They aren't. And I'll say that after owning 5 different iPhones, and owning multiple copies of each phone, that if your iPhone 6 screen doesn't take your breath away when you look at it, you got a bad screen. Exchange it.

My iPhone 6 screen is the best screen I've seen. And I'm super super critical of screens.

Not very happy with the display of my 6, compared to my 5s It looks like the ppi dropped substantially. I know they are the same though. Anyone else feeling this way?

My iPhone 6 has a gorgeous screen. No problems here.

I think the screen on the 6 is more crisp than my 5s. Also, the 6 has a higher contrast ratio.

I'm going to agree with the OP. The home screen looks perfect, video on youtube looks amazing, etc. But when I open apps like Messages, I notice fuzziness around the the keyboard letters. No zoom on here.

I think the screen is a bit sharper looking could just be the cover glass and the larger screen though

Messages app? Are you serious? It looks sharp to me. All stock apps are sharp because it's optimized for the new resolution. Whatsapp is fuzzy yes

This is not true. Nexus 5 has an extremely clear lcd due to having 440 ppi. Definitely better than the 6 bc I can see the jagged font on 6 whereas on the nexus 5 u can't. As far as the 6 plus, that's a diff story.

But color reproduction is much much better on the iphone.

Very good point. Most Android screens are over saturated and not natural. People think PPI is all that matters.

iPhone 6 doesn't look as sharp to me as my iPhone 5S - and that's with Zoom off.

Screen is a better colour though albeit the one I have (that's going back due to a dead pixel issue) has some yellowing in top right.

As with most things phones, there is an over emphasis on base specs.
