Just ordered a Sport Loop band

I don't have any pictures to post, but I bought the "orange" sport loop band, and I love it for running! It is so easy to fit it exactly the way you want, and it is very comfortable!

I bought the black and got it in 3 days. It’s soft and supple. Feels great and really light. I’m using it on a sbss and I’d but with the aluminum watch it’s perfect. It seems to have a brownish color mixed in so in some light it seems oddly brownish.
As someone who washes their watch and sports band after every workout, due to sweat, I can’t imagine how much this band will smell soaking up all the sweat.
It looks like a awesome band, but I feel like calling it “sport” was a bad choice. It is interesting to see that they just went with a more fancy Velcro, my first impression was it used magnets like the leather loop.

I have the black one. It was delivered last Friday. I REALLY like it. Very soft.

I have no problem with them calling it a sport band, but this is exactly why I didn't buy one. I don't want to wash my band after every workout (which is typically once a day) and let it dry. I want to be able to take a wet paper towel or antibacterial wipe, quickly wash it, dry it, and put it back on my wrist. I guess if you don't sweat too much maybe your don't really care, but I'm definitely not in that boat.
Yeah I agree with the sport band part. I really don’t use mine like that. It’s my everyday band. My workout band is my Nike sport band.
Bought the black sport loop the first day it was available. I can't use anything but nylon bands because the others give me a rash. I'm glad Apple finally released another nylon type band other than the traditional version. The sport loop stays in place all day with no issues, very strong closures. And very breathable, even if you like the watch tight on your wrist it just feels comfortable. I'll definitely buy a few more colors down the road.
Got the black, and thinking of the dark olive next but in every photo it looks closer to black than olive.
In the shade or indirect lighting it looks solid black, but in direct sunlight the flecks are more visible. They’re more rust or copper brown than red.
One of my main concerns is whether repeated removal of the velcro attachment will cause fraying of the fabric where it attaches to the band.

The pics of the dark olive sport loop on apple’s site are terrible. I had the dark olive, but returned it. It’s definitely more of a light to medium grey than olive or dark grey as the pics will have you believe. The threads have a sheen to it so light bouncing off it from an angle makes it look silver actually, and looks cheap imo.
I didn’t like it because of this. I believe the black with the multicolored bits will look better.

Good to know. I’ll wait wait for a light olive or khaki at some time in the future! I think you’ll like the black.
Just got my sport loop in tangerine. Very nice but I will have to use my pride woven nylon most of the time since I put the watch on my foot at work.

Apple’s gallery can be a little deceiving because the images seem to be created by their image engine, not actual pictures.
