Given the fact he said he can restore with the Limera1n exploit, I would say he mean iPhone 4. Limera1n exploit was fixed in A5 devices.

I had forgotten how beautiful iOS 6 was. I wish Apple would like us choose our own themes--maybe one day. Great find!
I was thinking the same thing last time but I think it would cause a lot of problems about apps downloaded on the App Store because they would need to have 2 separate designs which would cause a lot of hassle for developers.
