As title says, was previously using iPhone 7 Plus red edition 256gb version. I had that since release, no issues with that, just wanted to treat myself

So far no issues which have been reported here, will run it for a few days then restore from iTunes backup.

Will update thread once backup is done

Attached a pic next to my 1st gen iPad Pro 12” 128gb

Thanks for reading :)

I love the xs max a lot. You'll love yours. The camera to me was the dealbreaker [selfie camera disregarded personally as you should always use the best camera on your device (aka the Rear 1x wide angle one)

Awesome! I love my Xs Max and the camera takes fantastic photos. I’m really pleased with it. I love the OLED screen. That’s what made me upgrade from the 8 + to the Xs Max. I remember every time I’d see someone with a X, I would take a glance at their screen and say to myself, “That looks so good.”

Well done, I hope you love your Max as much as I do mine. I was going to hold out for an XR but couldn't wait and am glad I didn't.

You should check out how good OLED is for home theater... 65" just plain rocks. You'll never look at 4K UHD movies and video games the same again.

OLED isn't a big deal for me on the phone though... I don't watch enough movies on it to consider it a must upgrade at this point.

I’m iOS / windows.

I don’t currently own a Mac, hopefully one day in the future I will. At the moment I’m happy with iOS / windows combo

I was a lurker for a long time, now i'm trying to become a part of the forum, so thought it would be good to start talking.

Don't worry, next time i want to do a thread I'll drop you a PM and check if its ok.....
You have to love the internet where there’s no shortage of angry forum police who think it’s their solemn duty to pretend to be forum moderators ..... to those people ; stop sticking your nose where it doesn’t belong and get a life . Don’t like a post ? Simply ignore it and move on - it’s really not that hard, you should try it .

It’s a great phone, I too am loving the oled screen. I’m managing to get 12-14 hours screen on time, by using dark mode in some apps which saves loads of juice on an oled

Beautiful picture, I was on Xs Max returned it because of small 64GB capacity. Bought Xr with 256GB storage but realized it’s really hard for any phone to take place of Xs Max at this moment. Last night went back to Xs Max 256GB.

I actually do have a 65” OLED 4K TV. Of course the picture image looks fantastic. I also have a 4K projector on a 120” screen in my theater room, not the same as OLED but looks phenomenal.
