Why are these people making excuses for Apple?
They said this phone was so revolutionary, and the biggest leap forward since the first iPhone... Last time I checked, my old iPhone can make phone calls, and regardless of where I held it, it never lost service.
I don't see why it's that big of a deal for a company to actually come through with their promises. Saying it will eventually happen isn't a good enough excuse for me... They released it on June 24th, and all the problems should have been worked out by then.
