Just returned imac 5k, should I buy another one?

Hi,

I've just returned iMac 5K with upgraded CPU, GPU and 3TB Fusion Drive. The iMac didn't wake up from sleep, was loosing mouse, ability to scroll, wifi was on and off, frozen screen on reboot. I tried to reinstall it, but it gave me the same problems again.

Question: Should I order another one? ... Or all of them are defective?

All iMacs are defective. Stay away from them.

Just get another one, let someone else to deal with this one on refurbished store.

Feel really sorry for Apple here. I wish Steve comes back. He never discussed his private life with a public and made perfect devices

Did I say anything about Tim Cook sexuality!? No! I didn't even mention his name here. May be you ate brain cancer? I had an omlet with no drugs in it. My statement was about Steve Jobs and he paid more attantion to the business and quality rather than personal life. Frankly speaking I didn't watch Steve Jobs movie and I don't really care where he lived, how he created his first computer with another Steve W. I just care to buy a good product, not to spend 24-36 hours to migrate data. Have my mouse working. Like I have my iphone or ipad. That's why I payd 3.2 K for the conputer. If i need to play around it I can buy Windows 8 model for 1.2 K. I don't compare OS here.

I liked iP4 more than this huge iP6(not plus) I prefer to have a mobile device, but this is just preferences. I hold ip4 different way, but it was ok. Thanks hod I could wake it up and it didn't have a mouse.

What you guys seem to ignore is that these are probably unpatched bugs rather than a defective unit. The OP is better off waiting until some of the initial bugs are patched.

Yep. My sentiments too. Best to wait it out for a few months and maybe some fixes will be available. Specially here both the OS Yosemite and 5K technology are new.

Why are so many on here hung up on who is gay? Why does it matter? It is a machine called a computer that brings us here not who is gay. If I want to read about and talk gay issues I am sure I can find a site for that.
