I think it all depends on a persons situation.

For me I want a phone with the largest screen so in case my boss ever starts to crack down on things at work, and I can’t have my iPad Pro at my desk, I can still “comfortably” watch videos.

Having the largest phone also means you get additional perks like:
  • largest battery (great for longevity)
  • best cameras (on years Apple does this)
  • slightly better speakers
  • more surface area for faster cooling.

Well, I went to the 17 pro from the 15 pro max, and I went and picked up a 17 pro max Friday. I was really on the fence, but my sister’s cameras had busted on her 15 pro, and she mentioned needing a new phone, so it was just meant to be I suppose. Lol. So now she has my 17 pro and I was able to get the pro max without losing much money.

I tried a colleague’s 17 Pro next to my 17 Pro Max in early December and I just don’t know how you guys live with the smaller phones, lol.
Then again I have always been a Max user, I prefer the larger phones as they are easier to type on and everything looks spectacular on the larger phones screen.

iPad mini. The screen area is still considerably larger than a phone.

The iPhone Plus/Pro Max sizes haven’t been able to reply my need for EDC iPads so I prefer phones that are easier to use one-handed.
