Good afternoon!
My MacBook totally crashing always keeps restarting sometimes green dots on screen when crashing . Kernel Panic report writing this code "CPU Caller 0 0xffffff8017ce7793"
Any solution ? Please!
Appreciate for any info

Try booting in safe mode (hold shift when booting). Let it start up (it might take a while) and see how it goes. If it seems ok, try rebooting normally.
 
Thanks for quick reply but I try that before and it's still get crash ..and I reinstalled OS as well now it's empty SSD still same problem ...
 
To fix the kernel panic issue, you can give try to below fixes:

1. Restart your Mac in Safe Mode and check for updates.
2. Uninstall any plug-ins or 3rd party software from manufacturers other than Apple.
3. Disconnect all connected devices.
4. Use Apple diagnostics to diagnose the problem.
5. Reset PRAM/NVRAM
6. Reset SMC
7. Reset the GPU
