Your only option is to take it back to Apple a second time, and have the keyboard replaced under the free replacement program.
If you're dissatisfied with it, you might have the replacement done, and then sell it and buy something else. I would disclose to the buyer that the keyboard had already been replaced, and also advise him/her that the free replacement program covers the problem until 2020 (for a 2016 MBP). You may have to "ask a little less" because the 2016 models are "known to have problems".
Then... either buy a 2018 MacBook, or buy something else.
