I can’t help myself maybe an unpopular choice but I love my https://matias.store/products/tactile-pro-keyboard-for-mac. Yes it is loud but l love the feel of it.

Ping - ApplePay - after using a bunch of different wireless ones I find that my Apple wired full sized keyboard has the best feel. I hope this one matches and I like the backlight. Plus this always works for recovery etc.
The Logitech K811 and Apple wireless ones periodically go wonky requiring power cycling. There is really no reason not to have a keyboard cable on a desktop.

Some reviews on amazon state that the backlit version doesn't support pressed keys during boot. I can't say if it's true, just that I read about it when I had a closer look. Wanted to buy it before I saw the posts.
