If we’re talking millimeterwave 5G maybe AR. Of course I don’t think 5G or AR is quite there yet

Aside from that, some early actually useful applications have been home internet (T-Mobile and Verizon), as midband and mmWave with appropriate backhaul can handle much more capacity—while high speed test numbers are fun, it also means that a lot more users can be utilizing a tower before it slows to a crawl.

None that matters right now. LTE speeds should suffice for the next 5 years at minimum given the correct backhaul enhancements.
