And apple will remove that one thunderbolt port as soon as they release an iPad with glass back. Can’t really remove smart connector tho.A glass back? That will just make it heavier which isn’t a good thing for a tablet.
No they won't. They're defining the iPad Pro as a computer-class device. They won't remove the only port anytime soon on the iPad Pro. I could see this potentially happening on the non-Pro iPads. And apple will remove that one thunderbolt port as soon as they release an iPad with glass back. Can’t really remove smart connector tho.
Oh yeah I remember that laughable amusing campaign. But marketing value on apple prolly only worth a sheet of paper. No they won't. They're defining the iPad Pro as a computer-class device. I bet there were a few people that purchased the 12.9 because of the display but really wanted the smaller iPad.
For me it’s a hard decision between blooming and a lower maximum brightness (1600 nits looks quite striking when watching HDR content). IMO which screen I would prefer really just depends on how bright the OLED can get.We are in a screen tech transitional stage right now, with micro-LED about 3-5 years away. If I had to choose between a mini-LED and an OLED screen today, I would gravitate strongly towards OLED, as Mini-LED’s current blooming would probably drive me nuts.
I love OLED, the contrast makes up for any lower total brightness. The bloom doesn't bother me much either. Given the choice right now, I'd take OLED.For me it’s a hard decision between blooming and a lower maximum brightness (1600 nits looks quite striking when watching HDR content). There was a lot of speculation when the 11" didn't get min-LED that it meant that Apple was going forward with larger screens and would drop the 11".This surprises absolutely no one.

I bought the new 11inch too. I don't personally think the mini LED looks THAT much better than the screen currently on the 11 when it comes to actual use. Reviews seem to back this up, and when I checked it in the store.haha wonderful, i just bought the m1 11inch. oh well at least it's fast.
