Does anyone want a foldable iPhone? More battery surely, not more screen real estate.
Stories of imagination tend to upset those without one.funny people think these are a fad. They are just getting started. They will turn into our new phones. when you’re at home you use it as an iPad. Never have to close it. In the car its a media and maps device. When you want to get work done you have real estate to be more productive like a computer.
why do people hate on something they can’t imagine themselves using? I’d use it all the time. I’d get rid of my iPad mini of course.
Phones will evolve into more than just one sheet of glass you hold in one hand. It’s just inevitable.
comparing it to a 3D tv makes zero sense. Really if you think about the things I said are use cases it makes no sense comparing it to a 3D tv. Or a curved TVs. Both of those had small fan base and 3D came with complications. Curved tv’s are good for monitors. That’s about it.
That accounts for pretty much all technology, especially stuff that Apple makes. 😎Must have, hardly.
...use the best device for the task at hand.

Like "the world of technology" did not move on NFC, wireless charging and phablets until Apple did it, right?Your joking right? If not then you may not be familiar but everyone does things before apple and the world of technology doesn’t move until apple does it. So that comment ugh
Not interested. Hard to carry or put in pocket.
Also, I want apple to spend their r&d money on under display camera tech. Imagine the FaceTime camera in the CENTER of the screen.
You make eye contact directly with your on screen person, just like in Star Trek!
Not 'having to fold it out' if you don't want to, now that's Design.Folding an iPad mini out of a phone. I love it.
also, if Samsung sells theirs for 2k, expect apple to charge 4K for theirs
It's true that Apple come late to the market with features that other smartphone manufacturers have already implemented. But what Apple do that Samsung doesn't, for instance, is not **** it up royally. FaceID on my S8+ was terrible. You could fool it with a photo. Just awful. It’s ok, let Apple do their copy.
Ahahahah! Good one! Who is joking? You are.Your joking right? If not then you may not be familiar but everyone does things before apple and the world of technology doesn’t move until apple does it. So that comment ugh
Well, I have used the Samsung Fold 2 for a few hours, and the current implementation still blows (though vastly better than the previous model, which was a complete dud). This is only partly Samsung's fault – the software side of this is mostly unchartered territory, and it shows.Yup. It's plenty of comments from those who never used a foldable... I salute you, I'm not going to even entertain the critics. As of now, Apple plans to enter the market (major kudos).. there's couple of Android foldables... which this being a Apple related article, the amount of people who actually owns a foldable device is slim to none.
