I can confirm that the iPhone 15 Pro's are super easy to come by. Not sure why people are still in the pre-order waiting for their iPhone 15 Pro's (i believe there is still a 4 week waiting list).

I have seen a few iPhone 15 Pro Max to be picked up in Apple Store, but they were not the colour and storage that I wanted, so i skipped it. But they are super rare and they are gone within seconds.

Incredible, finally there was a 1 TB iPhone 15 Pro Max in natural titanium available in stock. But when I was going to buy it, someone was just 1 second faster than me and took it right in front of my nose.

Who would have thought that even the 1TB version are gone if you blink your eyes.

I gave up looking for a ProMax and just went with the 256gb 15 Plus I could get. I'm going to give this a week and see if I really need/want the ProMax or if this is just fine.

Because they sell them unlocked with no carrier BS locks out of the gate.

I’d be interested to hear your thoughts after the week with the plus. Wondered the same thing myself; the non-pros have an amazing rear glass. It’s quite stunning honestly. Post an update 👍

Been there, done that. Snagged a 15PM Max in the color and storage I wanted yesterday, returned my "temporary" 15 Plus 256gb in a heartbeat. I miss its lightness and everlasting battery, but that's about it. The 15 Plus lacks the features I care about, like an always-on display or a 120Hz refresh rate. Can't justify the price for what it offers. If it were, say, max 800€, it'd be a no-brainer, but they've overpriced it for the features it's missing.

Three new iPhones in 10 days!

On Sunday, October 1, I left my iPhone XS on the top of my car and drove off. I later retrieved it using Find My iPhone. The screen was shattered and unusable, yet surprisingly, CarPlay still worked.

I needed a new phone immediately and hoped to get a blue 15 Pro, 128 GB, but the Apple Store had no 15 Pros. So I got a black 15 and hoped to find a pro within the 15-day return period. I ordered one from my carrier, Spectrum Mobile, but wouldn't have it in time, so I canceled. I found a black one at Costco that arrived on October 6 and returned the 15 to the Apple Store.

I regretted not being able to get one from Spectrum Mobile with 36-month 0% financing (we keep our phones that long), so I checked the Costco return policy: 90 days! So on October 8, I ordered a blue 15 Pro from Spectrum Mobile. It arrived yesterday, October 11, and I returned the phone from Costco to a local store for a full refund. Happy ending!

A fair amount of pro's and max's within 65km of Toronto... mostly 512G tho. Got a 512 max in blue to pickup hopefully tomorrow.

Same here also. Managed to finally get the exact 15 Pro max that I wanted. I guess I was lucky other buyers didn't check the inventory when it became available in stock, because usually it's gone within a second.

I guess I will have to go through this entire painful process in 4 years again when I upgrade my iPhone 15 Pro Max to the iPhone 19 Pro Max.

Considering how much this cost even without apple care tho I'll add that in the 60 day window it'll be 3- 4 years for me also to upgrade. Pity, there was a natural titanium 256 but was way to far away. Oh well..

The phone I want was available at a local store with $9 courier delivery. I pounced on it, only for it to be sold before I confirmed the order.

So yeah, they're showing up, but they're also being snapped up almost instantly.

I was able to snag a 15 Pro Max 256GB Natural Titanium (the unicorn) in NYC using the watchdog app. Recommended if you’re still struggling to find them in stock. I kept it open in an iPad on my coffee table while I watched tv and occasionally glancing to see green mark when it came in stock and easily snagged it:

All the Washington, DC area stores had been out of 15 PM models since the opening weekend. All of a sudden this week, all the colors and storage sizes became available. I reserved one and picked it up yesterday a Natural Titanium 1 tb, no problem.

Same here; snagged a Pro Max 512 in White Titanium at Carnegie Library on Monday no sweat.
