Other Lack of touch response on iPhone and iPad.

Is anyone else having this problem?
It started on my Gen3 (latest) iPad Pro 12.9 and now also on my iPhone Max.
Very randomly, and only occasionaly, when I touch or swipe the screen there is no response. I have to keep swiping, tapping over and over several times and then it finally works! This is very random and on no particular App. It even does it on web sites at times. I am on the latest update for both my iPad and iPhone.
I'm thinking if it's on both, then it must be some sort of software problem?
So,I'm just wondering if it's just me or is this a known problem?
It's quite annoying.

It's a known problem mostly on the iPad Pro's - lots of threads about this here on Macrumors and elsewhere

I'm on 12.2

It will happen during games, just browsing the internet. Just random at times.
