Ladies, I need your help. Surprise for my wife..

You are going to spend $299 on what?! Why not take her to a nice dinner, or a new pair of shoes! it doesnt matter what color the iPhone is, she will throw it in your face either way, go with white, it will look like christmas once covered in blood.

what I will do is I will get the Black iPhone (even though I want the white one) and get the white iPhone and let her choose. If she chooses the white one, then I will return my black one and get the white one for myself.

My girlfriend wants me to wait and see if the rumored red iPhone appears before Christmas...
 
Buy her the 16 GB version to show her how much you care and then say you'll buy her whatever color case she wants.

Win-win.
 
I would want the white one. However have you thought of asking her which colur macbook she prefers and why. It might help to get a clearer picture of which one she would prefer.

EDIT: Can I be your wife lol. I've tried getting a pre order here in the UK on O2(as an upgrade to my current iPhone) and CPW(as a new customer) with no joy what so ever
