Keep in mind we're overclocking too.
So, is my MBP too hot? and should i return it?
I didn't , couldn't overclock in Mac OSX, but still 107'C

DAAAAAAAVE, that does not yet support the Aluminum Unibody MB/MBP's, it's been discussed in a number of threads.
Sure makes for a quiet machine though doesn't it? When you get your replacement run two instances of "yes > /dev/null" in Terminal on the OS X side and monitor the temperature and fan speed. Take note when it finally starts to throttle up.I think one fo the problem is the fan managment of my MBP react too slowly to the temperature change. the CPU throttles alot when the CPU is extremly hot, but the fan is not speeding up.... Even it spins up, it seems not to have the ability to cool down the CPU
I think i will call apple today and see how they responce
here is a log, of my runnign prime 95, and u can see the throttling apeears so frequently during the first part of the log, but then when the fan kicks in, is better, but not really solving the throttling problem, BTW, is not overclocked, so please everyone who own a MBP, try to do this test.
