Hi all,
Sorry if this is a dumb question.

I have the above machine, and am looking to upgrade its SSD (128GB). I happen to have a Crucial 1T MX200 2.5 inch 7mm SATA 6Gb/s drive that I was going to put in an older desktop Mac.

Can this Crucial drive be put in my late-2013 Macbook Pro Retina machine, or will it only take the stick type modules?

Many thanks,
MG

This isn't compatible with your MacBook Pro.

Thanks. I had sort of thought this, but wanted to be sure.

If you were going to upgrade the internal SSD drive to, say, 512GB or 1T, what would you use?

I'm not sure what I'd use. Other World Computing (macsales.com) has options but I've had a 100% failure rate on 4 of their earlier disks so I can't recommend them. I'm sure others will offer suggestions.
