I disagree. Pro will not likely be named for the OLED model. Even with all the new features, that doesn't make it a Pro device. It's a phone that makes and receives calls, to me, there is nothing Pro about this.
People still make phone calls? Of all the things I see people doing on their iPhones, voice calling is way down the list.
"Pro" is Apple parlance for "deluxe," not "professional".

Except it would likely be pronounced ‘iPhone ex’....
It would likely be pronounced "ten," just like Apple employees always pronounced OS X.

iPhone X? I'm not feeling it. Apple even changed OS X to macOS, so now having a product with an X on it doesn't feel right. Simply calling it 10th Anniversary edition is even more likely imo. X just sounds too corny nowadays.
The iPhone is a product, not an OS. Highlighting the iteration is important for marketing a new product, but the OS brand can be evergreen, like Linux. Corniness is subjective, but "10th Anniversary edition" sounds egregiously worse to my ears than "iPhone X ['ten']".

Not trying to be snarky, just curious why anyone is excited about another damn iPhone with a price increase.
If it had no other feature than removing the oversized bezels, I'd still pay a premium. When the 6+ came out, I returned mine in a week since it felt like a brick in my pocket. I tested a coworker's Nexus 5, which had the exact same size screen, and it was completely comfortable in the pocket, which true of Android phablets in general.
