Holding out and seeing what happens with the 5S.

I almost thought about switching over to a Nexus, but the cameras on the iPhone are so much better.

I'm still pretty happy with my 4S. But the way contracts are here in the US, it doesn't make sense to keep a phone for more than 2 years.

AT&T is excellent in my area, always has been. LTE is fast & impressive. It's faster than I expected & better than Verizon than my wife's company issued iPhone 5 is. My 4S was a great phone, my iPhone 5 is a more modest upgrade.

Right now I'm planning on an S4 or HTC One because Apple refuses to increase the screen size. I'll probably wait around until iOS 7 is released just to see if Ives can do anything revolutionary. Not holding my breadth though...

I'm pretty much in the same boat with you, but add a potentially refreshed Nexus 4 to that list. Ive's Work might keep me for the rest of the year, but we shall see...

Still can't decide...would like to get the 6 when it comes out and I'm tired of my camera not working, but still hearing that the QC on new ones six months into production is terrible scares me...

unless you're on verizon with terrible 3g speeds. even verizon's lte speeds seem to be getting slower by the day.

A couple things if note:

1. The OP specifically asked about AT&T users.
2. Hspa+, which I clearly mentioned, wouldn't be applicable to a CDMA network anyway.

I can see your point, my wife actually hates her speeds on Verizon even with lte, but why you decided to respond to my post with this statement is beyond me.

I got my 4s on AT&T at launch...Eligible for the 5 upgrade in May but will be waiting for the 5s before upgrading...as someone above me said I like the face that the form/body is out for a whole year before my "s" cycle so I can get the perfect accessories and many options/choices....
