Launch Day

I am in no hurry these days. I will preorder.

I preorder verizon iPhone 5S gold 32gb at 4am eastern time first night. But still had to wait till October 4th 2013 for it to deliver.

No biggie. Not worth my time to have it on first day anymore

I am running a company with over 35 employees and every hour of my time is valuable to me or someone else. I am jealous how much free time some seem to have.

Does anyone here work?

Anyway, maybe I will see you on the news as the line can be spectacular.

I used to work hard but the tax rates are so horrible now I hardly work at all anymore because the more I work the worse tax bracket I'm in - and end up having even less money because I have to pay people to do things I don't have time to do myself because I'm working. I don't think everyone fully gets how the current tax structure is causing our most productive people to just give up.

My average employee get 2 weeks vacation and 5 personal days a year unless you have been with me for over 5 years you get three weeks vacation!

Almost all of the order and have them delivered to my office so it can be signed for. When the 5S came out, 8 boxes arrived opening day! It was an exciting day at the office to say the least.

Thank God you have a job!

There were no preorders for the 5s, so the only way to get one on launch day WAS to stand in line.

Which I did. For about an hour and a half. Was in the store and back out in time to come home and work all day.

Just going to have to wait till launch gets closer. Apple stores may have special hours and no one know how many each would get to sell.



I would NEVER wait in line and just orderr and have it sent to my office, but some seem to love the "event"!
