Lawyers now starting to troll for Class Action over bent iPhones

believe it or not, 99.9% of people in US would never sue anyone without at least exhaust other means of solving the issue.

it's the 0.00001% of bad apples that ruin the image for the rest of the people.

I think there are more than 35 bad apples in the US who have stupid suits.

Besides, it isn't as much as the people who sue, the real problem are the soft-headed people on the jury. For every one person who brings a stupid suit, there are 12 people who buy off on the stupidity and want to punish the big and bad ol' company because they have a lot of money.

If people phones got bent, they definitely deserve compensation for it. Lawyers or no lawyers.

if the phone looks bent with no other physical damage ie.scuffs from drops or scratches then yes they deserve a replacement iPhone not a rub and tug
