Well, looks like it would have been easy to get the 4S if I'd been so inclined. Once the store was open there were no refresh times. Is this the quietest launch of an iPhone ever?

Seriously..? Sprint was brought down already, Verizon running slow, AT&T is dying, and the Apple store is dying. I wouldn't be surprised if this is a VERY good launch.
 
OMG THE 4S IS SO EASY TO GET!!

All sites are down/sluggish, stop being mad that you're not getting it.

I'm expecting numbers to be similar if not better than last year.

With no intention of getting the phone why would you bring up the page and keep refreshing it?

That is a potential symptom of a mental disease or defect.

The 4S will, without a doubt, be the best selling iPhone as of yet. Remember that people are spread around on four different websites as opposed to the normal two.
 
Are you joking? This is the worst launch ever. I can't even load any pages. Apple store or AT&T.
 
Really? I've tried every possible method to order and still nothing. Except changing carriers maybe.

Good luck! last year I finally got one ordered after an hour. It may take that long again this year.
 
At&t doesnt even exist they never got to post the 4s before the site went down ive managed to get past the phone selection screen on apple twice and lost it both times on account verification.
 
Are you kidding? Last year took maybe 3 minutes. This year I've been trying for at least 30 minutes and keep getting errors.
 
Maybe it's because I was in the UK. Perhaps the US store was much busier.
 
Got through to the online order the first try using Safari on my iPhone, which is surprisingly easy. Didn't put through the order though. I'll wait for the 4 inch screen iPhone next year.
 
after over 30 mins on apples site failing i had to resort to att site... i dont like going through att but gotta do what you gotta do, busy as hell not slow at all
 
I had no problem with the UK store earlier, and it looks like it's not having any problems atm. So perhaps you are being a bit harsh on the OP?
