I feel you. I’ve been using an otterbox symmetry for the past couple of days and I can’t wait to get home and swap back to my saddle brown case.

I tried otterbox symmetry, man it was heavy. As soon as I put on the Apple leather saddle brown, I was hooked, lined and sinker.

Actually, no. If I really cared that much about the minor cosmetic damage I’d file a claim with Apple. My current cases cover that up though.

Gee calm down no need to get nasty, was not worried was just curious. I thought the idea of a forum was to discuss our likes and dislikes. I swapped it for a Nomad Rugged anyway so

The symmetry and nomad are exactly the same weight.

After 2 weeks of use my Forest Green case looks and feels exactly as it did on the first day. It also smells funny.
I did not yet find the courage to use the Meyer Lemon case, still in the box...

..and two years later I'm putting on a new saddle brown leather case. for the last 8 months or so I've had the gray one on and the saddle brown wore down pretty quickly. I can't wait for this one to start to patina.

Back in the patina gang after a lengthy hiatus. Upgraded from a 6S Plus to an 11 Pro Max and headed straight for the Saddle Brown as standard. Forgot how slippery these cases are at the start.

I had my last one for nearly 2 years. Other than some corner dings from drops, it held up great. The corners are the weak point, especially with drops, but other nicks heal pretty well and add to the patina.
