Link not working. If the one I've seen before I didn't like it because it was way too bulky.

Yeh, What do you mean by bulky? Wide? I think for that price I wouldn't mind as I personally will be mounting it on a wall where it wont matter much.

But thanks the the Samsung, I cant seem to find it on there website though.

I also like the ideal that it has a usb hub and can attach speakers to it as I like to keep my working environment/ bedroom as clean and minimal as possible.

It is the depth of the overall screen and mount. It's way too bigger than it needs to be, due to the way the stand has been designed.

My setup too is in my bedroom and the USB hub would be ideal, but I need desk workspace too (I work on A3+ Paper all the time)

The HP ZR24w is cheaper, 16:10 and IPS.

I've been watching some videof of that on youtube and it seems quite good. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AKMFg1GhIFM

Again, the design isn't great but I guess that's something I will have to sacrifice if I want a better panel, which after all is the most important feature.

Is this a new monitor i.e recently released as ebuyer.com does not have much info on it. (so I'm looking for reviews etc. elsewhere.)

Is this monitor going to deliver the same quality as a HDMI connection would (as this has DVI and VGA) when hooking it up to my Macbook Pro (i5)

Thank You

The only difference in HDMI compared to DVI is that it carries audio and has a different connector. The video signal is identical and since it's digital it will be exactly the same regardless of the connector type.

That one is too much extra money for me, I was thinking of buying its smaller sibling but weirdly it is not 16:10..
However I may just buy the Dell monitor and buy a small, 10" maybe usb monitor to use as pallets etc. It wont be as practical but it may work.
Tell me what you think of this compromise.

Edit: Scrap that ideal, would be better off just investing the money.

I'll be using external speakers (creative T40) so this won't be a problem will it ?

Definitely invest in the larger monitor. It wouldn't work/look that good having additional 10" monitors.
