Today I received my BTO 15 inch 2016 MBP. Opened it up. Started set up, and continued to get an error message that said the software needed updating. But then the update would not work and it prompted me to try again or to shut down. Spent 2 hours on the phone with apple tech support. No Luck. They sent me to the apple store. 1.5 more hours and they say nothing can be done. You need to return it. Now Apple online store says I gotta wait like i am just ordering today 5 to 6 weeks. SO LAME.
